To Use the Nonlinear Fit Dialog Select your data in the worksheet and Select Analysis -> Fitting -> Nonlinear Curve Fit -> Open Dialog. Please see tutorial on Nonlinear Fitting: https://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/Fitting-NLFit-Basic Under the Category Tab -> Select Polynomial Under Function -> Choose the desired function type You can also define your own nonlinear fitting function: https://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/UserDef-FitFunc If you have Origin 2018, I recommend downloading and installing the Simple Fit App: https://www.originlab.com/fileExchange/details.aspx?fid=239 The Simple Fit app is a nice tool to use for simpler fitting functions.
