Hi, i created a User Defined Function for Non Linear Fitting but i can't make the fitted curve not to start from (0,0). i need to fit my data to the Avrami model, starting from low values that rise until they reach a plateau. the problem is that even when my first points (at (0,y)) are higher than y=0, the fitted curve always starts from (0,0) and not from the y initial value
please, i will appreciate so much any clue about this!!

kind regards,

potasio

Hi,

If you want your fitted curve through the point at (0,y), I suggest you can refer to this tutorial:
https://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/Fitting-FixThroughPoint

And the second method "Use Linear Constraint", I think it is more suitable for your problem.

Thanks
Jacqueline
