I have a pretty large file with around 126Mb. Whenever I save the project the file increases even if no changes are made. How is this possible?

Posted - 11/29/2018 : 5:25:58 PM This bug of saving to OPJ increasing size is specific to OPJ saving in 2018.
You can save as new OPJU file format to avoid this problem until you can use 2019.

Posted - 11/29/2018 : 2:25:03 PM Hi James,
I have tried it with Origin 2019 and it fixes the issue indeed. However as I have only a license for Origin 2018, is there any workaround in order to fix the issue for Origin 2018?

Posted - 11/29/2018 : 1:08:37 PM Hi Max,
It seems a known issue in Origin 2018 and we have fixed it in 2019. Would you mind downloading the latest version and try? Thanks.

Posted - 11/28/2018 : 07:06:07 AM Hi Echo,
unfortunately I am unable to reach the ftp server in order to provide you the project (timeout..). Perhaps you got an idea why?
list op; delete -op;
didn't help me with my issue.
I am still having the issue even if my worksheet is basically empty.

Could you see whether the FAQ helps? https://www.originlab.com/doc/Quick-Help/OPJ-so-large-and-take-full-cpu
If it is not, would you mind sending us your project file so that we can further identify the problem?
