Hi there,

I am using Origin 2018 for some days now and sometimes there is a C appearing in a corner of a graph. See graph below.

Does anybody know where this comes from? I can get rid of it most times but opening the file again in Origin 2016.

Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): b9.5.0.193

Sometimes in our university lab this happens when (i think) the connection to the server that validates the serial number fails.
Close and restart Origin fixes it.

Hi,

Please make sure you have a valid seiral number and use it to active Origin.
