I have created a stacked column plot with a group of six. The "gap between bars" button only appears for the first in the group, which is quite logical. But: changing the spacing only affects the first in the group and not the entire column, which is not what it should do. Now I have colums with classes of different width. What to do?

After setting edit mode to dependent try adjusting the spacing again.

Almost! Thanks for the hint, but now I have some of the stacks overlapping ans some underlapping the neighbouring column. Any idea?

Set Edit Mode to Dependent on the Group tab.
