I want to plot a curve with two x-axes: bottom and top to display different time unit. The unit in bottum is second, in top is hour. It should be displayed as integer, such as 1000, 2000, 3000 seconds in bottom axis, and 1, 2, 3 hours in top axis.
Can anyboby show how to make function?

thanks!
Younger
