Hi there,

I'm doing a nonlinear curve fitting for multiple data sets with global fitting.

some of the parameters are shared between all the data sets but some of them should be shared just between couples of sets.

does anyone knows if it's possible to partially share parameters under global fitting?

Thanks,

Nitsan

Thank you Amanda :)

It's indeed what I was looking for - the only problem is that one can't fit more than 8 datasets at the same time.
do you know if there is an option to bypass this limitation?

Thanks,

Nitsan

Hi,

Please try Global Fit with Multiple Functions App:

https://www.originlab.com/fileExchange/details.aspx?fid=475

Choose the same function for all your datasets and then you can specify which parameter share with which in the Parameters table.

Thanks,
Amanda
