Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please see the graph below. I would like to sum the total amount of data (bubble) points to the right of the red line. Is there a way to achieve this in origin without counting each individual bubble?

One solution could be:
1) use mask tool to manually mask data to the left of the red curve. 2) count the number of unmasked data points in the worksheet.

1)

2)

This method still uses counting. You may also want to try Cluster tool (Gadget: Cluster...) if the boundary of separation is simple.

Thanks,
James
