 box+data data distribution problem

Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 2019b
Operating System: win 10

I used the half box plot + data, and the data distribution seems right at first.
but after I updated the original data, or copy this format to other layer,
there always part of the data didn't display, or all the data distribution became wrong.

this problem can be seen in the following plot, the data distribution is quite different compared with the boxplot on the left side.

Does any one know this problem?
