Maybe it's system theme issue. Please select from menu Preferences:Theme Organizer... See if Current system theme is set. If yes, right click in the table area below and select Clear System Theme. Please see if that works. Thank you.

Posted - 09/12/2019 : 11:43:15 AM Hi Amanda, Very sorry I am not sure that I understand what you guided, properly or not. However, I tried to do the same but it could not worked. Finally, i uninstalled the OriginPro2019b and delete all the files from the installed directry as well as from the project saved directory. I reinstall the software and facing the same problem. It is a bit irritating to fix this problem. Please let me know, how to get ride of this problem Thanks in anticipation.

I am not sure if you overwrote the build-in template with a template without axis labels by mistake. 1. Right click on the graph window title bar and select Save Template As from context menu. Take a note of the “Template Name” and click Cancel to quit. 2. Open User Files folder by Help: Open Folder: User Files Folder. Search if there is a graph template with the same name recorded in step 1. If yes, delete it.
