Hi,

I assume that the value range of first heatmap is [0:0.5] and that of the second heatmap is [0.4:0.8]. You can set the From and To colormap levels to be 0 and 0.8 to handle all values in both two heatmap plots.
In this way, all plots will have same color scale but just show the color range in their value range.

Thanks,
Shirley

Hi,
I created all the required graphs but the problem which I am facing is the same scaling.... I know for other type of graphs but for heatmaps I am still unable how I can use the same scale for all graphs.
Looking for to you once again.
Thanks.

Hi Naveed,

You can create two heatmap plots and then use Graph: Merge Graph Windows to merge these two plots into one graph window.

https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/Heat_map
https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/GraphRef-MergeGraph

To get a total color scale, you need use a consistent colormap with the whole color range [10:42]. Half for the first heatmap and another half for the second heatmap.

Please let me know if any problem.
Thanks,
Shirley
