Hello,

I need to import a matlab file. because of the structure of the file, I have to use the "import into hierarchical structure" option. this works well but I end up with a column in which each cell is an embedded matrix. when I click on the cell, it opens the matrix as a worksheet but, since there are quite a few tables, I'd like to automate this. how is it possible ?

thanks,

best

Hi,

I have reported this to our developer to see if we can introduce a LabTalk command to automatically "click" all links in the root worksheet to show the data.

Hi James,
thanks for your help
unfortunately, this doesn't work for me . the structure of my file is an array of arrays. When I import with the hierarchical structure, I get a worsheet where the first cell only is occupied by a link to this array of arrays. If I click on it, I open a column where each cell is an array. If I click on one of these, I open the expected worksheet with the corresponding table.
unchecking the hierarchical strcuture only gets to an empty matrix.

thanks again,

best

Hi

In import MatLab dialog, uncheck Import into Hierarchical Structure box. Set Import Mode to Start New Matrixsheets. See if all the datasets are imported all at once into multiple matrixsheets.

James
