I have a large dataset from a manufacturing process, with over 12000 lines. I have recorded 6 different variables, and in addition information on which work phase they were added in plus information on ingredients that were added in a similar way.
Phase number is an integer which increases by 1 every time a new phase is started, and phase ingredient increases by 1 every time a new ingredient is added, in the start of a new phase it resets back to 0.
I'd like to plot these data on stacked columns, as shown in the image, and I'd like to highlight each phase by using the reference line feature (alternating grey and white background to easily see the phase change), and further, I'd like to pinpoint each ingredient addition by, e.g., a sharp red line. A problem with the reference line feature seems to be that it cannot handle such huge datasets, its lines go up to axis line 1(128) only.
I have a number of these datasets and was hoping to create a template for a graph that I can use for each current and coming dataset. Any ideas on how to proceed?

Please check this steps below: 1. You will first find the x values where the phase/ingredient changes. So set column values on col(H) with formula
