Hello, I would like to create a 3D grouped columns. How can I do that? For example, the graph I created is in 2D, I want to add Z axis to this plot.

You can use XYY 3D Bars plot to make 3D bar charts for your case.

Origin doesn't support to plot 3D grouped bar plot directly, but I think you can share us your data(with Z column data) and the graph description you desired, to let us check if there is a workaround to create the graph?

Thanks,
