Hi,
I would like to change the binning of a matrix. I tried to use the "Shrink" function but it does the average of the cells and I would like to do the sum instead. Is there a way to modify the "Shrink" function ? Or an other way to change the binning of a matrix, that is to say regroup several cells in one cell equal to the sum of the original cells ?

Thank you in advance !

Hi JRLCAR,

Once you get the average values with "Shrink" tool, you can just multiply them by the "Col Factor" and "Row Factor" to get the sum of the block specified by "Col Factor" and "Row Factor".

Thanks,
Shirley
