Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 9.6.5.169
Operating System: Windows 7

Hi everyone!

Sometimes, when I make a graph and I modify some parameter such an axis bar or line colour, disappear some information in the axis like the name, the values or the major and minor ticks.

Has anybody had the same problem?

Thank you very much in advance!

Jose Francisco

Hi Jose Francisco,

I am afraid we can not reproduce your issue on our machine.

If you make sure do not hide the elements (Axis name, values or the major and minor ticks) of the Axis, but they do not display after you edit the Axis, could you try to click the "Refresh" button or press "F5" key?
And then check whether this axis elements show back.
(If you do not know which is Refresh button, you can refer to this help page: https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/Standard-Toolbar )

Additional, our newest version Origin 2020 is release.
You can download and try to use it: https://www.originlab.com/demodownload.aspx
New Feature in Origin 2020: https://www.originlab.com/2020

Thanks
Jacqueline
