I'm attempting to develop a standard procedure for generating standard curve parameters. I'm discovering I can't use a set value of x to equal a set value of y in my fit constraints, as the assay lots vary too much in the X value from lot to lot for the same concentration.

therefore, in my constraint and to avoid user error in the procedure, I want to set x as workbook sheet1 cell A8 when y = a set value. How do I write this constraint reference? Can I do this?

Sorry,

That cannot be done without some clever manual programming. It just can't be done via the GUI.

Thanks,
