Hello
I draw a contour within a cavity but there are some lines extents outer of the cavity extents? Is there away to delete these bad data outside the body? see image pleas:

Yes, but not practical I think. You can extract each contour line and manually select to delete unwanted pts.... much more complicated than setting the boundary.

But there is a tool called Remove Bad data points! can be used to remove data directly from the plot?

You can use custom boundaries to specify the contouring area. Otherwise, the software would have no way to know where to stop.
