I confirm the screen pixelation effect in the graph window. I exported the graph to an image and observe no offset:

Dear Chris,
That is exactly what I was looking for.
However please note at the screenshot above that the arrow symbol has a small horizontal offset to the right relative to the axis line. Is this a bug?

In the Axis dialog where you enable arrows, you can expand the controls under the arrow by clicking the + button. You will see an Offset you can use to nudge the arrow a bit out of the tick labels.
