I have a set of data (7 worksheets, each with normalized, cumulative fitted peak). I copied all 7 cumulative fit peak column to a separate sheet and normalized each column with respect to single column (divide by min).
When I plotted the graphs after normalization, they did not match with each other. In simple words, the peaks were shifted on the curve. I realized that all the 7 columns had a different set of data points (none of them had same number of rows). I think that is the reason for this error but given that initial set of data had same number of columns, how can I make sure that unequal dimension of columns be matched?
Is there a mistake in normalization?
