Hello,

Usually, i export graphs in .eps (and also other vector formats) so that they can be editable in Adobe Illustrator CC.
Recently, i couldnt edit an 3D XYY graph in illustrator. Instead the .eps file opened as an group of images which i could just drag.

Can anyone please provide any solution?
Also, this occurred only with 3D graphs

Thank you,

Hi,

The OpenGL rendered part of our 3D graphs is a raster image. You see, if we tried to make every single detail of the 3D part into a vector, it would be prohibitively daunting undertaking and the resulting file would be huge.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,
