We have a project created with an earlier version of Origin some time ago. (file link below).
If a data point is double clicked and then the work book button is clicked on plot properties window, the work book opens, but plot window disappears and is not visible any more in project explorer. This happens on two computers.
Bug?

Thanks for the info. I don't know why the plot was originally made that way I moved the workbooks to the same folder as the plots and everything seems OK now.
Cheers,
Eero

Hi,

It is because the graph and the relevant workbook are in different Project Explorer folders. When you open the Workbook from Plot Setup dialog, the PE folder changes.

Thanks,
