Hello:
In the newer versions of Origin, the speed of opening "Graph Axes Properties" dialog is much slower than the old versions.
This video compares OriginPro 9 and OriginPro 2020b. The older version opens dialog instantly, however in recent versions it takes a few seconds to open.

This dialog uses so often, which slow opening greatly reduced efficiency. Is it possible to speed up in the future?

Can you check if it depends on where you double-click?
1. tick labels (from your video)
or
2. axis itself (this should opens faster)

Thank you for the reply. The subsequent open do seems a little quicker, but still may take about 2 seconds. (This Origin was installed on SSD.)

The first time it takes a bit more time but subsequent open in the same session should be quite fast, can you check?
The new version axes dialog is much more complex with a lot more features added, and you can open smaller dialogs from Mini Toolbar buttons when you click on axis?
