Dear all,

I have two conversion curves of experiments performed previously.

Now I would like to know how good the fit (especially R2) is between the two of them.

Is there an easy way to do this in Origin?

Sorry if there has been a similar question but I did not find any information about this.

Thank you very much for your help!

Hi Shirley,

thank you very much for your fast response and your support!

Unfurtunately, I think that this will not solve my problem. I do not want to evaluate the fitting results of both data sets.

I would like to compare both experimental curves directly and find a suitable way do quantify the correlation between them.

Thank you very much!

Hi idnahh,

You can try the Comaparing Datasets to evaluate the fitting results on two datasets fitted with same function,
https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/PostFit-CompareDataset-Dialog

And, other fit comparison tools have been illustrated here,
https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/Fit-Comparison

Thanks,
Shirley
