Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): Origin 9.0
Operating System:Win 10

My Origin has been running smoothly until now that I changed my screen resolution while the program was running. After that my import wizard does not appear in full anymore Nothing helps, neither uninstall/reinstall of Origin nor resetting resolution in Windows 10 nor changing compatibility settings.

I know support is no longer available for older Origin version, but if there is a cure to this problem, a despairing doctoral student would be so happy to hear it

Best,

Albert

Thanks for the tip! It worked!!!! When I opened Origin, opened ImpWizard, then changed the "Changed the text size.." scaling to 175% and then restarted Windows. But now everything else is super big. Have you got any clue now how to get back to 125% scaling without sacrificing the dialog window? Because right now if I do the same trick, let's say change from 175% to 125% and then restart, part of the dialog window is again lost.

Best,

Albert

Did you restart or log off your computer first?
