Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 2019b (64-bit)
9.6.5.169
Operating System: Win 10

There seems to be an issue with Origin 2019b. The tick labels in the graph sometimes vanish all of a sudden. Every time I have to restart the software to get the tick labels back.

Install your Origin again by downloading the installer from Originlab website should fix the problem.

It has been happening with all of my projects. I will try cleaning the User files as mentioned.

Hi,

Does it happen to a specific project or all projects? If it only happens to a problematic project, please send it to us:

https://www.originlab.com/restricted/support/

If it is a general problem, please try cleaning User Files Folder and TMP folder:

1. Choose Window: Script Window from Origin menu
2. Enter script below in the Script Window and press Enter to delete OCTemp folder so OriginC will use all new source files
del -occlean
3. Run script below in the the Script Window to clear the User Folder path value in registry and then you can reset User Files folder the next time Origin starts.
del –path
4. Close Origin.
5. Restart Origin. Specify an empty new folder as User Files Folder

Thanks,
Amanda
