Posted - 03/04/2021 : 10:00:58 PM Hi Friends,
I am trying to Deconvolute the following graph. Currently I am using the peak analyzer but, I couldn't able to deconvolute my peaks properly. Deconvoluted peak is quite lower than original peak. I tried many times but, I am not sure why it seems like that. This peaks are more obtained from the NMR Spectra.
Any suggestion please share

I tried to use both Multiple fit and Peak analyzer to fit my data. I have mainly issue with my central peak and cumulative central peak. It seems that they don't fit properly with the original one. I am not sure what is the problem.

Hi, Sanjay
Perhaps you can try other fitting function and see whether they works better.
