It seems that Fit Page to Layers doesn't pay attention to existing text objects at all.
Is this a bug or a feature?

Hi Andrey,
If you want the Fit Page to Layers tool to take care of the text object, please right-click on the text object and select Properties: Programming: Attach to: Layer Frame.
