 Linear fitting on specific sections of curve

Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 2021b
Operating System: Windows 10 64bit

I have plots that consist of loading and unloading sections, and I am interested in doing a linear fit on the vertical section at the beginning of the unloading curve, in other words, I am looking for the slope of the dashed lines in the attached image. I would appreciate suggestions on doing this, as the linear fitting feature is not really helping.
