When using almost any tools that group data based on column values (such as Statistics on Columns), if 1) a grouping column contains numerical values AND the numerical separator is a comma, or 2) a grouping column contains text strings that contain commas, When the BoxChart is plotted, the grouping values become incorrect. The additional sheet "DescStatsCurves" is created, where the header rows are being populated incorrectly, because comma is treated as value separator, disregarding the numerical separator settings. |

Could you let me know what tool did you use since when using Statistics: Descriptive Statistics: Statistics on Columns, the sheet created is named DescStatsQuantities and it shows fine.
DescStatsQuantities is okay, but the sheet that is used for the automatic BoxChart (DescStatsCurves), and the BoxChart itself are incorrect, as shown…
Plotting data directly seems to work fine, and the associated complementary table labels are correct…
I'm not up to the task of finding all the tools, apart from Stats on Cols, that exhibit this bug… |

Also with Book1, u can directly plot grouped box chart by Highlight Column C. Choose Plot: Categorical: Grouped Box Chart: Index... Specify Column A and B as group columns.
The result graph and result sheet look correct.
Thanks, Snow
