I have tested different concentrations of five nematodes against an insect pest. Then calculated the per cent mortality for each nematode.
How to plot all the variables in one graph as insect per cent mortality on the left Y-axis and probit units on the right Y-axis using origin software?. Log 10 of concentrations on the X-axis. using the origin Pro 2021b trial version.

When I am plotting double y-axis, Y1 and y2 values are not corresponding to each other. I think we need to give extra space between the scale is it possible.

Hi,
You can set axis type to be Log10 and Probit in the Scale tab of Axis dialog.
From your description, you can plot the double-Y graph with plot menu first. then set the bottom axis to be log10 and right Y axis to be probit.
