Greetings!

I performed a successful Nonlinear Surface Fit and found surface equation coefficients.

Is there a way to use the found model in LT/Python scripts, for example in Set Column Values dialog?

Thank you.

Thank you for suggesting.
However, my trend is to be somehow independent from the UI.

I want to suggest to implement "Save the Model to User Formula" feature.

You can change the equation to show value instead of name https://www.originlab.com/doc/Quick-Help/add-equations-to-graph so that it's easier to copy it to formula.

Great option!
Thanks.

Dear James,

Yes it does.
However what if I want to paste the equation with the coefficients to a column formula? Currently I do tedious copy and paste coefficient values from the report sheet.
