Dear all,

I have a series of data organized as xyz that I'd like to plot as a heatmap. I can convert that to matrix but I have a lot of missing data. so, I use the TPS method but I have trouble understanding the various parameters (smoothing, exptrapolation, tolerence) and how they should be set. I couldn't find this information in the online manual .

thanks !

Hi Yuki,

Thanks for your fast answer.
but this page doesn't help much actually. the parameters are mentioned but not really how they handle the data

best
