Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 2019b (64-bit)
9.6.5.169
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello guys,

I am relatively new on Origin. When I draw a simple X and Y graph or One X Many Y graph, my X axis and Y axis values do not show up on the graph. See attach figure, for instance. I have tried fixing this but unable to. Please, can anyone help me in simple steps?

~ HS

Hi HS,
Usually this happens to not licensed/cracked version.
You can submit a ticket with your SN info. so we can check further.

Thanks, Snow

Looks like you are running a cracked version of Origin.
