Using data in original image,

Here is what to set in Grouped Box Chart - Indexed Data dialog.

Here is the setting in Plot Details dialog.

Thanks, Snow

Hello,
You can choose Plot: Categorical: Grouped Box Chart - Indexed data to plot A data with with group column set as B.
https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/GroupedBoxCharts-IndexedData

Box chart can be customized to show statistics bars. You can open plot details dialog and on Box tab, set the Type to be Bar and represent Sum, mean, etc.

https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/PD-Dialog-Box-Tab#Bar

Thanks, Snow
