Hi All,
I have a plot consists of 10000 points that I need to reduce to upload it on an instrument which accepts only 200 points. The plot consists of three parts: first a straight line, a curve and again a straight line. I want to reduce the points like getting a small number of points for both lines and get more points for the curve. How can I do that? |

There are also reduce options under Analysis: Data Manipulation:
It works for sub-range of plots. So you can do reduction 3 times in 3 sub ranges and then stitch them together.

I have no such available tool. I guess it is only available in Pro versions. |

Can you try the tool menu Analysis->Signal Processing->Decimation ? You can select range on the graph with Selection On Active Plot, and then run the tool for different data ranges.
