Hi,
I'm wondering if there is a way to subtract a reference data set from a number of different workbooks in one go. As far as I see, I can only add a single input (selecting more does not work) and manually doing this for hundreds of workbooks is tedious and prone to errors. Is there a smart way to do this?
Thanks!

You can write a script to loop through all books and subtract col B of each book with col A in Sheet1 of Book1

Choose Window: Script window and put the following code in. Highlight all and press Enter key

range ref=[book1]1!1;
doc -e LB {
col(B)=col(B)-ref;
}

Thanks, Snow
