How do we estimate the optimal parameter values of a set (4 ODE's) relating to each other using the least square method or any other to best fit observed data with simulated ones?

Thanks I did. Should I use the graph based on a daily number of data or accumulated ones? Since we are using data fitting for ODE system?

You need to fix some of the bad minus signs in the equations. e.g. dy4/dx = k4*y3 - k3*y4.

You didn't set the inputs for the dependent variables y2-y5.

Any feedback? is it possible to do so in originlab?

Greetings..
my system is differentiating with respect to time, not X maybe this is the issue?
Kindly help, it is even not considering the write parameters names to be estimated (k1,k2,k3,k4)

I did but the parameters are shown wrong as well they are k1,k2,k3,k4
I couldn't modify them
I did the first ODE corrected as (1/270) with the same error message

Yes, you can set a set of ODE equations. See below:

I have visited this link and checked the app. but does it work for many ODE's such as the link below
