Hello.
I processed some experiments and save file. The next time I open it, the
graphs windows begin to load, and then an error pops up "Origin has stopped working".
Is it possible to solve this problem or will everything have to be redone?

Aboba

Hi Aboba,

Could you please send us the crash report via the dialog above so that we can help to check what went wrong?

Also, Origin has autosave feature. To recover the contents of this temporary file after a crash, you can browse your autosave folder and find it. To access your autosave folder, you can select Tool: Options (Preference: Option in Origin 2019b or later version) from Origin menu to bring up a dialog, and then go to the System Path tab to get the path.

Regards, Yuki
