Greetings!

How do I set the template for the ROI box text of the Quick Fit Gadget?
The default text seems to be odd for a non-Origin user.

Thank you.

Hi Andrey,

We just announced beta4 of Origin 2022b which includes this fix.
https://my.originlab.com/beta/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=13457
Open old opju in beta4 build. Custom Label options is available.

Could you try it?

Thanks, Snow

Hi Andrey,

I added it in P1 of the same jira and asked developer if it's possible.

Thanks, Snow

Please check Help: About Origin to make sure it's 2022b before you try the feature.

Dear Snow,

Hm...
Is there a way to save time on re-creating all the graphs made in 2022 to the 2022b format to benefit from the feature?

Thank you.

This is implemented in beta3 of Origin 2022b we just announced
Could you login beta forum and check the announcement in New Build Announcement section.

On ROI tab, expand Show on Center-Top Box node, there is a Custom label checkbox to define the label. There is hint of the syntax.

Here is a blog post for it
http://blog.originlab.com/customize-label-above-gadget

Could you play with it and give some feedback?

Thanks, Snow

OriginPro 2022b (64-bit) Beta 3 9.9.5.97
Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64

Please see an attached project:
https://my.originlab.com/ftp/forum_and_kbase/Images/Customize%20Label%20above%20Gadget.opju

I cannot find the Custom Label check box described in http://blog.originlab.com/customize-label-above-gadget:

Has the feature been removed in OriginPro 2022b (64-bit) Beta 3 9.9.5.97?

Thank you.

Hi Andrey,

I have added a request for supporting such customization in future version (internal Jira id: ORG-24711)

Hello Andrey,

Do you mean you want to decide which parameters/quantities to show in that box? If yes, you can click on the black triangle at top right of the ROI, select Preferences, then go to ROI tab where you can check/uncheck the boxes under Parameter List node.

If you meant something else, can you please explain?

Dear Easwar,

I want to have a default header for the text box.
Also, I want to rename parameters, for example change "xc" to "Mean", etc.
