Hello everyone,
I have a problem while trying to rescale a 3D graph with a surface fit. I got a set of X, Y, Z data and fitted it according to my own surface fit function with the Nonlinear surface fit tool. I get a really nice fit over a wide rang of data points, however now I want to present just a piece of the surface covering a specific the range of my 3D graph. However after changing the axis range, Origin still displays the surface expanded over all data points just lying beyond my 3D graph cube. I would the surface to be cut at the end of the axis range (at 2D plots it works very well). Any idea how to fix that?

Thank You a lot for the tip. It works :) Anyway I was pretty sure that there should be a tricky way to do that, but simply had now idea where to find the right option.
Thanks once more.

Please go to the Miscellaneous Tab of Plot Details dialog to clip the surface according to your range definition. https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/PD-Dialog-LayerMisc-Tab
Thanks, Shirley
