So I want to fit a curve that has 6 gaussians in it, but because of the circumstances of the experiment I know that the amplitues of the first and last, 2nd and 5th and 3rd and 4th have to be equal. Same for some other parameters with a little different dependensies. For one parameter I can just select that all gaussians "share" the same one and that works for that one, but how can I tell origin the other dependensies? |

There is a Fit Control button in the Fit Peaks (Pro) section in the Peak Analyzer dialog. Under the Share column you can choose which parameters are shared by grouping them by number. The Fit Control tab allows you to enable and set constraints.

Here is the documentation if you need more information: https://www.originlab.com/doc/en/Origin-Help/PeakAnalyzer-FitPara-Dialog

Posted - 05/04/2022 : 09:32:07 AM Hi ChaoC, This unfortunatly doesn't work for me. The App only allows to select multiple datasets and plot them together. I have only one dataset of 6 Gaussians, that are overlapping. But thanks for the try |
