The spatial resolution of my netcdf data is 0.5 x 0.5 degree, i created shapefiles with 18km radius. Why no values (0) were extracted in some shapefiles? Given that all the sizes are the same and are plotted on area with values. However, i successfully extract data with the centroid point coordinates. So, does the ROI size matter? if so, there is no way i can extract with point instead of area.
p.s. data extraction are successfull with shapefiles of 30+km radius. |
