You are right, due to Rescale Margin (%) To was set to 2.712423... However if I set To equal to 2.7 manually I get the following image:
Do you want me to upload a test Origin project reproducing the issue?

As fas as I see I have not special settings for ticks. Everything is automatic. Whare are the settings I should pay attention to?
