Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 9.9 SR1
Operating System: Windows 10

The auto recalculate option does not recalculate the column even if the referenced column is changed. For instance if I set col(b) to be = col(a), even if col(a) is changed, nothing changes in col(b). I also tried to use manual recalculate mode and when I change the value in col(a), the recalculate option is greyed out and cannot be updated. The only way to recal seems to be changing the formula. Is there an easy way to solve this?

Hi,

Can you try using spreadsheet notation? So instead of col(A), just use A.
If you have an active maintenance plan, can you try updating to 2022b?

Can you also send us your project file so we can take a look?

Thanks,
Chao
