Hello,
I am of trying to plot data in a panel format.
I have tried merging graphs onto one page and also trellis plots. So far I like the stylistic choices of the trellis plot but not all of my data is in the same y axes limits so some plots looked squished. Is there a way to change for each vertical panel the y axes limits?

An example of the current setup

Hi,

Trellis plot shares some XY scale of all panels. If you want to control Y scale for some panels, please use Multiple Panel by Labels instead.

Suppose your data is arrange as:

X Vertical-Group Horizontal-Group Y1 Y2 Y3…

You will need to unstack columns first.
Select menu Worksheet: Unstack Columns

And then you can select Plot> Multi-Panel/Axis: Multi-Panels By Label to plot.

Thanks,
Amanda
