Hi! I have a large number of simple optical spectra for which I need a quick primary analysis. I don't need to know the exact shape of the spectral contour, just the peak intensity and peak wavelength. So I don't think it's a good idea to use the fit functions from the Peak Functions library. Does Origin have the ability to perform non-parametric fitting of spectra? |
