Origin Ver.2022b and Service Release 9.9.5.167
Operating System: Windows 10 64 bit

Hello!

I hope you can help me with a problem I encountered.
My data are forces and moments from a sensor in all three dimensions (Fx, Fy, Fz, Mx, My, Mz), measured within the coordinate system of the sensor.

Now I want to transform these values into a different coordinate system.
The transformational equations are availible.
Unfortunately I have to transform the data into 18 different locations.

I tried to calculate the transformed values by means of "calculate column values". But I don't know how to implement the transformational variables (translation in x,y,z and rotation around x,y,z) effectively.

Would it perhaps be easier to perform such calculations using labtalk or python?

Thank you in advance!

Thomas

Please find the attached workbook template. It uses Python code in Set Column Value dialog to set values to multiple columns. See if it helps in your case.
