I am struggling with this issue previously, I was using Yokogawa FG and create a RTMI waveform on it but that file is open to any other FG for that I have to convert that .wdf to .csv format but I don't know the right format plz help me in this.

Hi,

Maybe you can try import the Yokogawa WDF file into an Origin workbook:
https://www.originlab.com/fileExchange/details.aspx?fid=562
and then export that book as CSV file by menu File: Export: ASCII and select “.csv” file extension.
