Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 8
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello all,

I have really big struggling using OriginPro even with the tutorials. University gave us this version of OriginLab, it looks like on newer one its easier to find what u are looking for.

I have this data

Can you resolve this formula for me in OriginPro? That would mean the world to me. Or at least point me how to do it myself, can t find any tutorials to do this and I need this for my psychics' bachelor's degree project.

P.S I'm not very good at PC, had a good time to learn excel haha

Yes, Origin 8 is very old and u can't use Column Short name directly.

Here is an example of how to do it in old version.

Highlight column G(Y).
Ctrl+Q or choose Column: Set Column Values.

Enter formula e.g.
ln(col(E)/col(C))/(col(J)*col(F))

In newer versions, u should be able to see an F(x) cell in the column so u can directly type
ln(E/C)/(J*F)

Thanks, Snow

Thank you so much! Ctrl+Q what is was what i looking for! Best wishes!
